Three Lives is a digital reflection game and personal discipline challenge. The service allows users to answer daily signals, track progress, keep lives, unlock reflections, appear on leaderboards, and build a private personal archive over time.

• Daily signal answers

• Streaks, runs, fallen status, and leaderboard-related stats
• Weekly, monthly, yearly, or archive reflections
• AI-generated questions, summaries, and insights connected to your account

• Stripe customer/payment identifiers
• Purchase or restart history
• Payment date and amount

We do not store your full credit card number or full payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Technical Information

• Login times
• Device/browser information
• IP address or approximate location information

• Security, abuse-prevention, and performance data
• Cookies or similar technologies required for authentication and app functionality

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate you through Google OAuth or other login providers
• Process payments through Stripe
• Run the Three Lives game experience
• Save your daily answers
• Generate your private archive and reflections
• Create AI-generated questions and summaries
• Track lives, streaks, days survived, fallen status, and progress
• Display public-safe leaderboard information
• Prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, duplicate submissions, or unauthorized access
• Debug, secure, maintain, and improve the service

4. AI Processing

Three Lives may use artificial intelligence systems to generate personalized questions, reflections, summaries, and archive insights. To do this, your answers and game history may be processed by AI tools or automation systems. These systems are used to power the Three Lives experience. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your situation. AI outputs are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. What Is Private

Your personal answers, private reflections, archive data, payment records, email address, and account-specific game history are intended to remain private to your account, except as needed to operate the service. We do not intend to publicly display your private answers, private reflections, payment information, or email address.

6. What May Be Public

Three Lives may include public or semi-public leaderboard and sharing features. Public leaderboard or share information may include:

• Display name
• Username
• Avatar
• Days survived
• Current day
• Lives remaining
• Fallen status
• Times fallen
• Longest streak
• Rank or leaderboard position
• Year/run number
• Public game status such as "Still Alive" or "Fallen"

Do not use a display name, username, or avatar that you do not want shown publicly.

7. Third-Party Services

Three Lives uses third-party services to operate the platform. These may include:

• Google OAuth for login and authentication
• Stripe for payments
• Supabase for database, authentication, and storage
• Cloudflare for hosting, security, CDN, and traffic protection
• n8n or automation tools for backend workflows
• AI model providers for question generation, reflections, and summaries
• Email or notification providers, if enabled

These third parties may process information as needed to provide their services. Their use of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We may store payment-related metadata such as payment status, payment date, amount, Stripe customer ID, Stripe payment intent ID, and transaction status. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card details.

9. Cookies and Authentication

Three Lives may use cookies or similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in
• Secure your session
• Support Google OAuth authentication
• Protect against abuse
• Maintain app functionality

Disabling cookies may prevent parts of the service from working properly.

10. Data Retention

We retain your account information, answers, game history, reflections, payment records, and archive data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain records. You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or backup purposes.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including authentication, database security rules, access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted access to sensitive systems. However, no online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your login account secure.
