Welcome to Three Lives. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Three Lives, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Three Lives Is
Three Lives is a digital reflection game and personal discipline challenge. The experience is designed around daily signals, personal questions, streaks, lives, leaderboards, reflections, and long-term self-archive features. Three Lives is for personal growth, self-reflection, entertainment, and discipline-building. It is not a medical service, therapy service, crisis support service, legal service, financial service, or professional advisory service.
2. Voluntary Participation
Your participation in Three Lives is voluntary. The game may ask personal, reflective, challenging, or emotionally intense questions. You are responsible for deciding whether to answer, continue, pause, or stop using the service. You should not use Three Lives in a way that harms your wellbeing or interferes with your responsibilities, relationships, work, health, or safety.
3. Not Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice
Three Lives does not provide medical advice, mental health advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or professional counseling. The content, questions, reflections, summaries, and AI-generated outputs are not a substitute for professional support. If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns, a medical emergency, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, stop using the service and seek immediate help from a qualified professional, emergency services, or a trusted person near you.
4. AI-Generated Content
Some Three Lives questions, reflections, summaries, insights, and archives may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, uncomfortable, or not applicable to your situation. You should not rely on AI-generated content as fact, advice, diagnosis, or instruction. You are responsible for how you interpret and use any content generated by Three Lives.
5. User Responses and Personal Content
You may submit personal answers, reflections, and other content through Three Lives. You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise harmful. Do not submit sensitive information that you do not want stored or processed, including highly confidential personal, medical, legal, financial, or third-party information.
6. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and keeping your login secure. You agree not to access another person's account, interfere with the service, abuse the system, attempt to bypass rules, manipulate leaderboards, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to misuse the service. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account is being used in a harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful way.
7. Payments
Three Lives may require payment to participate, restart, unlock features, or access certain parts of the service. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where we choose to issue a refund at our discretion.
8. Game Rules and Availability
Three Lives is built around time-based signals, lives, missed signals, streaks, reflections, and other game mechanics. You understand that technical issues, internet problems, device issues, browser issues, email issues, payment issues, downtime, bugs, or third-party service failures may affect gameplay. We may modify, pause, reset, discontinue, or change features, rules, pricing, leaderboards, signals, lives, reflections, archives, or access at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect uptime, preservation of streaks, or that the service will always function without errors.
9. Leaderboards and Public Display
Three Lives may include public or semi-public leaderboard features. Public leaderboard information may include display name, avatar, days survived, lives remaining, fallen status, rank, streaks, or similar game-related information. We do not intend to publicly display your private answers, payment information, email address, or private reflections as part of leaderboard features.
10. No Guarantees
Three Lives does not guarantee personal transformation, discipline improvement, emotional insight, mental health outcomes, financial results, relationship results, or any specific life outcome. Your results depend on your own choices, circumstances, consistency, interpretation, and actions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Lives and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, financial, reputational, data-related, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. You use Three Lives at your own discretion and risk.
12. Third-Party Services
Three Lives may rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, databases, analytics, automation, email, AI generation, and other functionality. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, terms, policies, or failures of third-party services.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the service, by email, or by updating the date above. Continued use of Three Lives after changes means you accept the updated terms.
